Kohlrabi, Zwiebel und \u00c4pfel darin anschwitzen und anschlie\u00dfend mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. 25 Minuten auf mittlere Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li><li>Das Gem\u00fcse p\u00fcrieren.<\/li><li>Sahne zur Suppe geben und diese nochmals kurz aufkochen lassen.
